For each typology of element you can define /model specific simple activity lists and processes. The activities are characterized
by information such as what, where, who, when, how much, instructions, warnings, several added specific documents, and etc. Whereas,
the processes are constituted by sequences of activities not necessarily linked to a precise typology of element. These activities
can be temporarily linked to each other, and once divided into phases, they are schematized by a workflow.

Once a process or activity has been planned or activated through modelling, it will be possible to obtain always updated information
about times, costs, human resources, equipment, materials, instructions and documents which are specific for their development.
Activities structured according to the user’s needsThe process and model activities defined by the user in complete
freedom and according to his/her own needs and experience, can be planned and/or started on those elements which make up a structure
according to deadlines or pre-codified schemes ( ex : maintenance plans) or independent modality. The amount of resources (material,
human and instrumental resources) and time needed to carry out the process is automatic. It is worked out by putting into practice
the modeled activity, in function of the specific values taken on by the involved element.

All the people involved in the process have their own “list of activities” and it is possible to select different display modalities,
both related to the single subject and in supervisor modality, depending on the position and/or function held by the operator (all
the activities, the planned ones, those in progress, those suspended or completed, the ones related to a given time and the activities
given by the operator to his/her subordinates). Moreover, remote users such as maintenance teams, companies etc, are allowed to use some
functionalities in order to get specific activities in progress, as well as the planned and suspended ones. They can also show the
advancement state, insert time chronologies and so on.
But… where are we now?For every planned or in progress process, a Pert and/or Gantt graphic representation of the
overall activities, of the phases and of the links between them, can be obtained.

The going on of the processes and the in progress activities is constantly monitored, highlighting the timing by appropriate alerts in
order to warn a possibility that every single activity and those involved in the processes and the processes themselves may tend to be
early or late.
